Global Circumnavigation

There are to identical monuments one in Ottawa overlooking Dow’s Lake were we hold the tulip festival every year (note my trip started the first day of the festival this year, I will add a photo of that for context) and the other monument looks towards the palace in Apeldoorn, these two monuments symbolize the connection between the two peoples that was brought about by the helping of one another at the end of WW2. I like to think of it as a symbol of unity.
